Test procedures for power generator
⑴When facing the test-bench, chuck the power alternator and adjust its position to In a parallel with the alternator to ensure the smooth turning of the engine. (Please apply Rubber belt piece when connecting)
Warning: The tested power alternator must In a parallel and tightly connected to the engine to avoid dangers at high speed rotation. Our company will not be responsible for any harm caused by false operation. 
⑵ Using the accessory wire to connect Positive Pole of the power alternator to the red terminal indicated with “+”sign. The shell of the tested power alternator which is the negative pole should be connected to the black terminal indicated with “-”sign.
⑶ The tested power alternator will be separate-excitation before auto-excitation. Use another accessory wire to connect the red terminal of the excitation voltage and the separate-excitation spot (F spot) of the to-be-tested power alternator.
⑷ For some types of the power alternator, the positive pole and the B+ spot need to be connected by the accessory wire. 
⑸ According to the power alternator type, choose 12V or 24V by shifting the rocker-type switch indicated as Excitation Voltage Option.
⑹ Turn on the sideboard switch and start the frequency transformer. Press the RUN button. (This equipment has been pre-set as clockwise rotation. Press FWD/REV key or refer to the Frequency Transformer Manual if needed.)
